Nur Fatehah N Md Ridzuan

“I am two women: one wants to have all the joy, passion and adventure that life can give me. The other wants to be a slave to routine, to family life, to the things that can be planned and achieved. I'm a housewife and a wanderer, both of us living in the same body and doing battle with each other.” ― Paulo Coelho, Eleven Minutes

Nik has extensive experience in customer service, where she developed most of her professional skills. She delivered excellent customer services via inbound calls, emails, and live chats for banking products - specifically credit cards, overdraft and banking accounts. The Trailblazer Community was the first place that made her feel at home in her new country. She advocates for equality, women’s rights and LGBTQ+ rights. Sima believes that art is the best weapon to help people speak up: she uses art as a medium to unite people. She is a positive, talkative and energetic person who is passionate about what she does. Looking ahead, Sima is setting up her own foundation that guides those who are in similar positions as she once was: She strives to share her experiences and knowledge and wants to bring newcomers into contact with the right people.
