What does the NextGen Professionals Program offer?

Fully Online, Fully Engaging: The NextGen Hybrid Learning Program is meticulously designed for the digital age. Join us for a transformative 10-week journey.


Your Journey, Your time. Tailored for global learners, training sessions run from 6:30pm – 8:30 pm across EST, PST, AEST, and CET time zones 


Weekly Schedule: (20-25 hours total per week)

  • Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays: Engage in mandatory live instructor-led training
  • Thursdays: Benefit from optional office hours and dedicated student support
  • 10-15 hours Self-paced content completed on your own time

Submit your Application.

NextGen has a mandate to assist those traditionally marginalized in technical roles and help them find full-time employment within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Complete the Digital Literacy Assessment.

If you meet the eligibility requirements, you will receive an automated email to complete the Digital Literacy Assessment 

3.

Complete Welcome to ServiceNow course and Micro-Certification.

After completion of the Digital Literacy Assessment, you will be asked to complete the online course 'Welcome to ServiceNow' and the associated micro-certification 

4.

Final Selection.

After the micro-certification, your application will be further reviewed and, if selected, you will be offered a seat in an upcoming cohort.

NextGen Professionals Program Eligibility

  • Am I eligible for this program?

    You are eligible to participate in this program if you meet the following criteria:

    • You are a newcomer with or without a forced migration background
    • You have received a temporary or permanent  residence permit and the right to work
    • You reside in the country where the program takes place
    • You are currently under or unemployed

  • What happens after I apply?

    If you meet the eligibility requirements, you will be contact with next steps via email.

  • Is my place in the program gauranteed?

    Due to the overwhelming amount of applicants you may not be offered a place in this program. During the interview process, we will learn more about your motivation and ambitions to ensure you are the best fit for the program. 


  • How much does the program cost?

    Thanks to our partners and supporters, we can offer the training and support resources to you at no cost to you.

  • Do you offer a job gaurantee?

    There are no gaurantees in life and we are no exception. We do not and cannot gaurantee that you will find a job after completing our training program. If you do successfully complete the program, your CV and profile will be sent directly to our partners and network of employers. We will also do everything we can to help you apply to jobs and prepare for interviews, both within and outside of our network. 

  • What is the format of the program?
