Fall is here and our Helsinki program is back! Our intensive, comprehensive program is for highly motivated and talented newcomers looking to advance their career in tech. During the first phase of the Salesforce Specialist Program, participants will follow 2 months of classroom-based technical training sessions covering many features, clouds, and core functionality of Salesforce, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training and 60 hours of self-paced learning.

During the second phase of the, participants will follow our Career Training and Job Readiness phase which prepares them with the soft skills and market understanding to pursue a career in tech. They are also paired 1-on-1 with a Salesforce Mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.

With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce and become 3X Salesforce Certified but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role to secure a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Manasa P. 

Manasa is a business analyst with an MBA in Business Technologies and experience in operations and project management. She is passionate about CRM, automation, and enhancing customer experiences. She is currently diving into Salesforce training and is excited to start the Salesforce Specialist Program. Manasa has been living in Finland for almost two years, and is originally from India. As for hobbies, Manasa’s is swimming. She will try to fit it in whenever she can, whether it’s early morning laps or weekend swims to relax and recharge.

Riya V. 

Riya is originally from India and has been living in Finland for almost 4 years. She has worked as a Senior Lecturer in an engineering college for 3+ years, has published 5 technical research papers, and has worked as HR technical recruiter for almost 8+ years in Finland. Her education is Master's of technology in Embedded systems and Bachelor of Engineering in IT. Riya’s hobbies are dancing, walk in nature, cycling.

Arushi S. 

Arushi is currently pursuing a Master’s in Machine Intelligence and Data Science in Helsinki. Her background is in data analytics, reporting, and business process improvement using tools like Power BI, Looker, and SQL. Arushi is passionate about combining analytics and CRM to create smarter customer experiences and am excited to start her Salesforce journey with the Blue Road Academy Helsinki cohort. Outside of tech, Arushi loves reading and cooking, which help her stay curious, creative, and balanced.

Rashmitha R. 

Rashmitha, has completed her Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. She has 4.5 years of work experience in the IT field at Tata Consultancy Services Limited Bangalore, India mainly as an ETL Developer. Her main skill sets are Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Informatica. Rashmitha came to Finland 2 years ago and likes to learn and explore new tools and technologies. After a career break of about 2 years to take care of her child and relocation to Finland, she wants to restart her career with something new and interesting so she chooses to begin it with Salesforce.

Ranju B. 

Ranju is originally from the beautiful country of Nepal.  She is a MBA graduate with several years of professional experience in quotation management and customer service.Ranju moved to Finland to join her husband and is currently embracing the opportunity to explore Finnish culture, language, and lifestyle.  She moved to Finland almost 2 years ago and has recently completed her Finnish integration course. She has 4 years of experience in quotation, sales support, and operations support. After coming to Finland, Ranju realized the importance of learning new software skills, and the Salesforce program feels like the perfect fit to help her explore CRM tools.She is excited to learn from the community, hear her classmates’ Salesforce experiences, and get advice on learning paths and certifications. For Ranju, the heart of her home is the kitchen! She loves cooking and enjoying her food while watching Netflix or other shows. This new chapter, where she’s had the chance to meet many people from diverse backgrounds, has inspired her to grow both personally and professionally. She is excited to continue her career in Finland by developing new skills and growing within a professional environment.

Sahar A.

Originally from Pakistan, Sahar arrived in Finland in 2023 to expand her expertise through a Master's in International Marketing Management at LUT University. It was here that she discovered a new passion: the tech industry. With a rich background in the creative and strategic sides of business, including brand management, ad campaigns, and content generation, Sahar brings a unique user-centric perspective to technology. Her pivot to tech was catalyzed by her acceptance into the SAP NEXT-GEN 2024 program, which led her to focus on the power of automation. She is currently honing her skills in frontend coding, JSON, and Python. Having briefly worked with the Salesforce CRM in a previous role, she saw firsthand its potential to transform business processes. Now, as a member of the Blue Road Academy's Winter 2025 cohort, she is excited to dive deep into the Salesforce ecosystem, combining her marketing wisdom with technical prowess to build intelligent and efficient business solutions.

Khushboo G.
Khushboo is originally from India and is now living in Espoo, Finland. She has several years of experience in Marketing, Project Coordination especially Brand Marketing and Communications. Khushboo holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science, with a strong foundation in IT programming and technology. Her professional journey spans across the IT industry, where she has gained valuable experience working in cross-cultural environments and collaborating with diverse teams. In addition to her technical background, Khushboo is a business enthusiast with hands-on experience in the B2B and B2C sector, particularly in project coordination and marketing. As a marketing specialist, she has contributed to strategic initiatives that bridge the gap between technology and business growth. A lifelong learner by nature, Khushboo is constantly seeking opportunities to expand her skills, adapt to evolving trends, and deliver impactful results in every role she takes on. In her free time, she enjoys playing Squash, crafting, DIYs and going on long walks.

Sonia S. 

Sonia is originally from India and is an MBA graduate with experience in Sales, Customer Service and Finance. She has also worked in the UK as a Customer Success Manager, managing over 100 customers worldwide for an e-commerce company. Sonia has used Salesforce in her previous role and she is really excited to dive deeper and explore it from an IT and development perspective. Sonia moved to Finland in 2020 with her family and is now living in Kerava. She loves to travel and enjoy quality time with her friends and family. She is truly grateful to Blue Road Academy for this opportunity and can’t wait to learn, share and connect!

Tatiana L. 

Tatiana is originally from Russia and has been living in Finland for about 9 years and now calls it home. She has a background in economics, customer service and sales. For the past year Tatiana has had a career break and is keen to start her career in Salesforce. She is excited to join the Blue Road Academy Salesforce program and plans to transition into a Salesforce specialist role. Outside of work, Tatiana loves hiking in national parks, practicing pilates and learning to play padel.

Bimesh U. 

Bimesh is currently based in Helsinki. He is a data analyst with a background in econometrics, finance, and data-driven decision making. Bimesh holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics of Banking and Finance from Aix-Marseille School of Economics in France. He has hands-on experience with Python, Power BI, SQL, and Excel, and has worked on projects in data visualization, machine learning, and business reporting. His roles at Elisa Oyj and Integrify helped him develop skills in building dashboards, analyzing large datasets, and turning complex data into clear insights that support better decisions. Outside of work, Bimesh enjoys watching movies, playing sports, and cooking delicious vegetarian meals. He also loves listening to people’s stories, and if it includes humor, even better. Bimesh believes curiosity, teamwork, and a good laugh make learning more enjoyable. He is super excited to continue this Salesforce Academy journey with Blue Road Academy and his class, learning together and growing as a team.

Kasun H. 

Kasun has always been passionate about technology and how it helps people work better. With experience in IT support, digital operations, and marketing, Kasun has seen how good systems can really make a difference. Now he’s excited to focus on Salesforce, learn new skills, and start building a meaningful career in tech. Kasun is originally from Sri Lanka and is currently living in Espoo. He is very excited to be part of Blue Road Academy, where he looks forward to learning new things and developing his skills. Kasun’s background is in Digital Marketing , and IT Support, and he is now transitioning into the Salesforce field. In his free time, Kasun enjoys watching movies.

Haianh N. 

Haianh is originally from Vietnam and has made it through nearly 10 Finnish winters, so you know she can manage. Professionally, Haianh has worked as a Marketing Operations Specialist, MarTech is her beloved area. She has hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM, everything from workflows,processes, integration to automation and lead management. Haianh also has a background in digital marketing, running campaigns, email programs, and managing websites. She is interested in data analytics and has solid experience using Power BI for analytics. Right now, she is diving into Salesforce because it's one of the most widely used CRM systems and her goal is to become the go-to admin and owner of the MarTech stack. Outside of work, Haianh likes to get her hands dirty in the garden or stay active by swimming and playing a bit of tennis.

Gayathri Sinde P.

Gayathri is originally from India and has been living in Finland with her family for the past 3 years. She holds a master’s degree in computer science and worked as an SAP ABAP Developer until 2019. Recently, Gayathri has completed an integration course in Finland and is now expanding her expertise by training in Salesforce at Blue Road Academy. She is excited to learn Salesforce because it brings together technology, business processes, and customer relationship management — areas she has always been passionate about. From this community, Gayathri hopes to get advice on Salesforce learning and career opportunities, connect with others on similar paths, and join local Salesforce events here in Finland. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, playing badminton, taking long walks in the forest, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Tankeh Gleen A. 

Tankeh is originally from Cameroon and has been in Finland for 1 year and 9 months. He has a background in Accounting and Environmental Analysis and is due to graduate his bachelors of science student in Natural resources and sustainable coastal management with expertise in GIS mapping, water sampling and knowledge on biodiversity and sustainable practices. Tankeh is excited to learn Salesforce because he is passionate about launching his career in tech and this is the ideal platform for him to begin. He hopes to meet new friends, study partners and similar career enthusiasts. As part of his hobbies, Tankeh likes visiting fancy restaurants to try their meals and experience their aesthetics, he also likes playing instruments and having fun on a rollercoaster. 

Mahharaj T.

Mahharaj is originally from India and has been living in Finland for the past six years. He has a background in Engineering and Real Estate, project management, consulting, sales, and business analysis. He is interested in transitioning into IT and Consulting and sees this Salesforce training as an excellent opportunity. Mahharaj likes learning new things in general, and now he is learning to use AI tools more effectively. 

Fareeha A.

Fareeha has been living in Finland for two years and has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Coursera certification in Google Digital Marketing and E-commerce. Her studies have given her a good understanding of business and marketing, and she is especially interested in how technology helps build better customer relationships. Fareeha is working toward becoming a Salesforce specialist, combining her knowledge of commerce and digital marketing to help businesses grow and connect with their customers more effectively. One of her hobbies is cooking for her family.

Ton Nu Khanh H. 

Huyen is originally from Vietnam and has been living in Finland for five years. She works as a CRM specialist with experience in marketing automation and customer journey design, mainly using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Huyen loves learning new tools and exploring how to improve the customer experience in both marketing and sales. In her free time, Huyen enjoys cooking, swimming, and playing with her dog.

Bunmi (Faith) O.

Faith is from Nigeria and is currently living in Finland with her family for over 6 years. Faith has her BSc in Business Administration and her Masters Degree in Leading Transformational change in Business in Laurea University, and has worked in the Banking Industry for 7 years whilst she was living in Nigeria. Faith loves being in sales, and has been a brand sales partner with Oriflame Beauty company both in Nigeria, UK and Finland for over 5years. She has also learnt Digital Marketing which helped her gain some knowledge on how CRM works and sales pipeline using Systeme.io for small businesses. She is a new user to Salesforce, but has a background in digital marketing and is excited to leverage the opportunities that will come with learning Salesforce. 

Nithyasree M. 

Nithyasree is originally from India and  currently living in Espoo. She is a MBA graduate with HR backgrounds but after an internship with Fluido she was introduced to Salesforce. Nithyasree has been working as a Sales Ops Coordinator in her previous company for 2 years , where she used salesforce as a main tool, mostly with Sales Cloud for business. She has 2 Salesforce certifications from the experience. Nithyasree moved to Finland in 2018 with her family and is now living in Olari. She loves travelling , photography and her current new hobby is reading books and listening to audio books.
