Meet the Spring 2026 Salesforce Specialists | Rotterdam
We are pleased to launch our Salesforce Specialist Program in Rotterdam | Spring 2026
Spring is here and our Rotterdam program is back! Our intensive, comprehensive program is for highly motivated and talented newcomers looking to advance their career in tech. During the first phase of the Salesforce Specialist Program, participants will follow 2 months of classroom-based technical training sessions covering many features, clouds, and core functionality of Salesforce, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training and 60 hours of self-paced learning.
During the second phase of the, participants will follow our Land a Job you Love™ Career Training and Job Readiness phase which prepares them with the soft skills and market understanding to pursue a career in tech. They are also paired 1-on-1 with a Salesforce Mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.
With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce and become 3X Salesforce Certified but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role to secure a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Mohammed
Mohammed is a resilient and driven individual shaped by a journey of migration and new beginnings. With a background in aerospace engineering student and practical experience in technical and logistics environments, I’ve developed strong adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Now I am focused on building a successful career in Salesforce.
Osama
Osama is motivated and reliable, currently focused on improving his skills in IT. He enjoys learning new things and working in a team.
Abdullah
Abdullah is an organizational development consultant and resource mobilization partner. Spending over a decade in the Middle East focused on business development, he has contributed to growing impact-oriented organizations and establishing new ones. For his current chapter in the Netherlands, driven by an intention to promote nonprofit efficiency and business model innovation, he founded Bayrakdar Consulting to help organizations efficiently mobilize resources and navigate challenging fundraising realities. As a strong believer in the potential of the next generation, he also founded the Resourcing Youth Activism initiative.
As a trainer, he centers his sessions across various domains around design thinking, using it as a core mentality to solve complex business problems and harness new opportunities. A couple of years ago, he decided to embrace the digital path - designing AI-powered automations, acquiring data and financial analytics skills, and building applications. Today, he is focused on bringing these diverse experiences together as he explores a professional, Salesforce-focused career.
Salima
Salima has over 10+ years of experience in press and humanitarian sector, specializing in partnerships, grants management, fundraising, and communication. She possesses extensive expertise in navigating diverse cultural environments and languages, particularly in East and Middle Eastern crisis situations.
Anas
As a project consultant for the Middle East since March 2024, Anas has supported diverse regional projects by providing detailed administrative and operational assistance. This includes maintaining accurate project documentation, monitoring timelines and budgets, and organizing meetings to foster collaboration among stakeholders. His efforts have contributed to effective project management and enhanced fundraising initiatives.
With over 12 years of experience in non-profit and international organizations, he brings
expertise in government liaison, international liaison, and educational fundraising. His work aligns with a commitment to ensuring seamless legal compliance, strengthening financial tracking, and advancing organizational goals in complex and dynamic environments.
Tahinur
Tahinur is a QA Tester turned Salesforce admin. They used to break things on purpose - now they click instead of code. Off-screen: books, bikes & the outdoors. 📚🚴🌿
Sabah
With a background in interior design, Sabah brings a strong sense of creativity and a deep appreciation for architecture. She enjoys turning ideas into tangible results, combining imagination with practical problem-solving. Having traveled to many countries, she has developed a flexible and open-minded perspective, allowing her to adapt quickly to new environments and experiences. She is naturally curious and driven, always exploring new ideas and continuously pursuing growth, goals, and new challenges.
Selam
Industrial Engineering gave Selam a strong foundation, and her experience in quality and logistics shaped how she approaches problems. Now, as she steps into tech and data, she is driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a genuine passion for finding better ways to improve how things work.
Khaled
Khaled comes from a digital marketing and client strategy background, working closely with different clients and campaigns. What interests him the most is understanding why something works, not just what works. Now, he is diving into Salesforce and CRM to connect marketing, data, and real customer behavior. Khaled is always open to collaboration, ideas, and meaningful conversations.
Mahmoud
Mahmoud is originally from Syria and has been living in the Netherlands for the past three years. He studied economics in Turkey and speaks Arabic, Turkish, English, and Dutch. He is very interested in data, digital transformation, and financial analysis. Mahmoud is excited to begin my learning journey in the Salesforce CRM program and to connect with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Aymen
Aymen lived in Yemen, Saudi Arabia, and Iran, and now he is based in the Netherlands.
He holds a Bachelor’s in IT from the University of Aden. Aymen’s background includes running businesses in tourism, car rental, and supermarket management, along with volunteer work in both Yemen and the Netherlands.
In his free time, Aymen is passionate about filmmaking and storytelling, and he is currently exploring Salesforce to grow his skills in tech and business.
