We are thrilled to be back in Berlin for the Summer '23 program!

Our intensive program is for highly motivated and talented newcomer participants. The program includes 20 classroom-based technical training sessions covering all aspects of the Salesforce Associate & Administrator Exam, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training. It also includes Career Training sessions delivered by Salesforce professionals. Participants are paired 1-on-1 with Salesforce employees as mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.

With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Veddi, Ghanaian
Holds a Diploma in Business Secretarial. Gained valuable experience working as a Secretary in Business Management and Public Relations. Attained a High School Certificate from Sammo High School in Ghana. Interest in pursuing a career as a Salesforce Administrator in the tech industry. Friendly, excellent communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset, Peddi excels at independently solving problems while also being open to seeking assistance when needed. Fluent in English and possesses a good command of German.

Tanjina, Bangladeshi

Holds a Master's Degree in Global Supply Chain and Operations Management, specializing in the field. Successfully completed an internship at KORO Handel GmbH, focusing on operations and supply chain. Displays a keen interest in working within the food and retail industry. Known for being a good communicator, adaptive learner, open-minded individual, and creative thinker.

Rukhsara, Afghan

Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Kardan University in Kabul, Afghanistan, along with a Diploma in Business Administration. Pursuing another Diploma in Online Marketing. Experienced in various departments such as Finance, HR, and Administration, with a solid 10-year track record in Afghanistan. Strong communication skills, quick learning ability, and proficient in problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making. Has a creative mindset and a curiosity for new ideas. Excels in analytical thinking and demonstrates adaptability in challenging and dynamic environments.

Parvin, Azerbaijani

Pursuing a Master's Degree in Social Science at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, specializing in Public Sector and Event Management. A strong background in these areas, with experience as a board member and executive director of the NGO "Youth Club." Developed expertise in program planning and implementation through these roles. Has experience in various roles including project and public relations manager. Fluent in Azerbaijani, Turkish, English, and German, enabling effective communication in multicultural settings. Strongly skilled in analytical writing and research, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Najib, Afghan

Holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Technische Universität Berlin. Worked as a lecturer in a public university in Afghanistan. Interested in pursuing opportunities within the E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Logistics & Delivery, Mining and Petroleum, as well as NGOs & NPOs sectors. A strong commitment to work, punctuality, discipline, and tolerance. Hard-working and resilient, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic.

Kwame, Ghanaian

Holds a Master of Arts in International and Development Economics, showcasing a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in diverse business functions such as corporate banking, database management, communication, and project coordination. Interest in marketing, communication, data management and analysis, as well as business transformation. Highly motivated and analytically driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail, along with solid time management and multitasking abilities.

Jonathan, Ghanaian

Certified in Data Analytics from ReDI School in Berlin, with an MSc in International Development from the University of Bath in the UK. Experience as a UI/UX instructor at the ReDI School of Digital Integration in NRW. Interested in diverse industry opportunities, bringing adaptable and excellent communication skills. Exhibits creativity, analytical thinking, effective time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrates curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.

Hanna, Syrian

Mechanical Engineering student at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. Strong foundation in mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science, and design. Experienced in civil engineering and E-Commerce entrepreneurship. Volunteered for a church organization, providing educational and psychological support to Syrian children, and contributed as a translator for "NASA” in Arabic. Passionate about tech advancements, particularly in AI, data analytics, and software development. Effective communicator, organized, adaptable, problem-solver, and team player. 

Faharideen, Ghanaian

Studying at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences for an MA degree. Holds an MSc in Project Management and Data Science, along with a BA in Integrated Management Studies for Development Studies. A researcher (Intern) at National Health Insurance, a researcher/Data Analyst at Agricnet, and an operation assistant at Ecobank Ltd in Ghana. Interested in opportunities within consulting agencies, technology companies, financial institutions, or research firms. Possesses valuable skills including adaptability, patience, problem-solving, empathy, and strong communication abilities.

Ewurabena, Ghanaian

Holds a Master's degree in International and Development Economics from HTW Berlin and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Cape Coast. Volunteered in the Breast Cancer Health Program, worked as a relationship officer in Corporate Banking and Retail Banking, and served as a customer service officer in Banking Operations. Interested in the financial services and information technology industries. Effective communication, a strong work ethic, adaptability, collaboration, and attention to detail Strives to contribute and excel in every role and aspires to become a Salesforce Administrator.
